We understand the problem. We build for the real world.
A manual task will not disappear on its own. A year from now it will take the same hours it takes today. We start by counting what it costs you, and remove it with a prototype in four weeks. Custom software, integrations and automation for companies and institutions.
input: one process and what it costs in hours
week 1: audit and estimate .................. [OK]
week 2: first working version ............... [OK]
week 3: fixes on your own data .............. [OK]
week 4: it goes live ........................ [OK]
result: that task stops coming back to people

- 4 weeks
- to the first working improvement
First we understand the business. Then we change what costs the most.
We know these areas from practice. Pick the one closest to your company and see which task we start with.
- claims reported only by phone or in a branch
- the client had no view of where their case stood
- motor claim valuation calculated by hand
+ self-service reporting for motor, property and personal claims
+ a module showing case status to the client
+ Audatex integration for valuation and total-loss control
- Role
- Solution architect and developer, inside the insurer's team
[!]We cannot quote scope or results of projects for banks and institutions: they are covered by confidentiality agreements. So we describe what we did, not how much faster something got.
How we can help
Choose the collaboration style
that fits your company.
There is no one-size-fits-all. If you have a plan ready, I will deliver it. If you have a problem and do not know where to start, we begin with a diagnosis. Either way you talk to the person who then answers for the result, rather than passing it on.
For companies with their own IT
I have a plan and specification
You know what you need
You have an IT department, a written specification or an in-house analyst. You need someone who will deliver it without you having to explain what an API contract is or why tests matter. My experience comes from working on financial systems, where specifications and contracts are the starting point, not a formality.
- You have the spec: I build it to the letter
- Your project manager leads, I deliver the code
- I report progress, the decisions stay with you
Modernisation, integrations and custom software
Projects from PLN 60k net: delivery integrated into your process, one accountable engineer
For companies without IT department
I have a problem to solve
ITEON as your external IT department
Chaos in documents, production delays, customers walking away because a system is missing: I start with a diagnosis. I walk through the process with the people who run it, and only then design the solution.
- I look for the cause before proposing a tool
- I propose a solution, the decision is yours
- I answer for the process working, not just for the code
Automation audit, then a sprint
An audit priced at PLN 6k-12k net, followed by an implementation sprint based on its findings
Three situations companies bring up most often
You're hiring another person to handle what could be automated
The cost grows, the problem stays. The new hire does the same thing as the previous one, just slower, because they're still learning.
Excel works, but only until someone makes a formula mistake
Spreadsheets that once gave you agility now generate chaos. You spend time fixing errors instead of analyzing data.
You have data in three systems that don't talk to each other
Someone manually copies from one place to another. Things keep not matching. Nobody knows which version is current.
30 minutes call, no obligations
We solve problems
that block your growth
The same processes repeat across industries, they just go by different names. Pick yours to see them described in your own vocabulary.
Common questions
Answers to questions
before you write
Buy off the shelf if your process is standard, accounting for example. Build your own if the way you run it gives you an edge and no off-the-shelf tool covers it. Whether it pays back comes down to simple arithmetic: how many hours a month this work takes today, and what an hour of the person doing it costs. We run that calculation before the quote, on your numbers, and sometimes it says do not build.
