How much does a business management system cost?

Automating a single process usually costs in the low tens of thousands of zloty. A system covering several processes, with roles and reporting, usually falls between 50 and 150 thousand. Both ranges are a starting point for a conversation, not a price list: what decides is the number of processes, the number of integrations, and the state of the data that has to be migrated. We start with one function and extend only once it works.

How to choose an IT company without getting burned?

Look for a partner who speaks business language, not code. If the first meeting is all about technologies and nobody asks about your margins and processes, run. Check if they offer an analysis phase before coding and have experience delivering projects to completion.

What instead of Excel for a production company?

A custom web application backed by a database. We move the logic from your spreadsheets to a secure cloud system. You get: access from anywhere, permission levels, change history, and automatic backups. It's the natural evolution for a growing company.

Do I need to hire an IT person to maintain the system?

How long does it take to implement a custom system?

First results (MVP version) delivered in 4–8 weeks. Full implementation takes 3–6 months, but it's phased, doesn't paralyze your business. We first implement what hurts most in current processes.

Will my data be secure?

The starting point for the security conversation is the same set: encryption in transit and at rest, two-factor sign-in, backups, and role-based access. We agree the scope before we start and write it into the contract, because some of these carry a running cost that someone has to bear. These practices come from projects for PKO BP, BFG and Generali, where security requirements are stricter than in a typical business system.

How are you different from a typical Software House?
