Weekly content quality watchdog for your own site
A flow we run on our own site. A schedule fetches the sitemap, filters out addresses outside the site's own domain, downloads each page and extracts its text. A model reviews the copy, but its verdict is not the last word: a finding without a verbatim quote from the reviewed page is discarded, and a run with too many failed responses updates nothing and reports itself as unreliable. Only a clean run reaches the spreadsheet and the notification.
Contact form submission routed to the owner
The website form sends each submission with a cryptographic signature. The flow verifies that signature before it processes anything, so a request without a valid one is rejected instead of landing in the system. The submission is then enriched with company data from public registries, routed to the right path and pushed to a messenger.
Detecting failures in the automations themselves
A separate flow listens for failed runs of every other flow and assembles an alert from them. Without it, automation breaks quietly: no message arrives, because the process that was supposed to send it is the one that failed.
Flow definitions mirrored into a repository
Every flow is exported to a git repository, with credential values replaced by a hash. A change clicked in the editor then shows up in a version diff, rather than the day something stops working.
